• Proctor Farmers’ Market

  : Running every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., this market is a hub for fresh produce, artisan foods, and local flowers. Upcoming highlights include special farm-crafted cider and wine tastings on May 2, 2026.

  : Dating back to 1910, this is the city's first planted median greenway, providing 18 blocks of tree-lined paths between North 9th and North 30th Streets.

• Point Defiance Park

  : Only a short distance away, this sprawling 760-acre park is a "crown jewel" of the region, offering themed gardens, scenic loop drives, and Owen Beach for sunbathing and kayaking.
