We accept all returns in original condition within 14 days of purchase regardless of the reason. There are no restocking fees. Simply send it back, and we will refund you in full, absent prepaid postage.
Shipping & Delivery
Free domestic shipping on all products. Pickup is available at 9508 Front St, Lakewood, WA 98499. Local two-day delivery is available for eighty-five dollars within ten miles of our Lakewood warehouse location.
Process & Handling
Domestic handling is typically one day. Processing for holidays and weekend service may take up to three days.
